Had to create a new account

I did too!.  I couldn't log in as myself.  My email address didn't exist any more.  I had to create a whole new user ID. 

California - I've been doing some further tests and we're looking into that urgently.

That Sign out button does not work for me.

It does not sign out. If I refresh the page or go somewhere else, I am back again automatically.

If you haven't already found out, in order to log-off from the community you will need to click on your little profile picture/icon in the top right hand corner of the page and it should say 'Sign-out'.

Greetings Anyone. (I guess I talk too much, My own Thread about this is largely ignored, or I am the only person upon the Planet Earth with Devices which are too old to know how to EMAIL...?)

Simple question... how do You LOG OUT, now? The entire 'Three Lines" Menu's sub-menu just drops off the bottom of the screen for Me, now.

For those who find this and are in the same position, here is how I got through this - and kept my username and all its activity/profile/stats etc.

On the sign in page, scroll down and look for 'create an account'

Click 'create account'

Use/input the email address you already use

For the password - you may need to pick a new password if your current one does not fit the new criteria (at least one of all the following: upper case letter character, lower case letter character, numeric character, special character)

Go through the short verify process [it seems to explain that easily, I found at least]

Then it's done - and your old username in tact

That's how it was for me.

There's a password reminder link on the sign-in page. You should be able to use that to reset your forgotten password. Please let us know if you have any problems.
