Hello there!

Diagnosed with autism in my mid 30's, which was a great relief. Now in my late 40's working for a local authority in the West Midlands. Recently I have began to open up about my autism to colleagues and friends: it's be liberating and I have also had the opportunity to share my experience as an autistic adult to help parents with autistic children.

I'm looking to share experiences and provide help or advice to anyone that needs it, and occasionally get things off my chest that only people with ASD can relate to.
