hi everyone,my name is jason and im a single father to my daughter who has autistic spectrum disorder and learning difficulties,hoping to make some friends and talk to people who understand,i love music,(my daughter is obsessed with music)especially northern soul music,i also love lots of different music too and wildlife,lookin foreward to joining in on things when i pluck up the courage

  • hi indie girl,my daughter has very recently left school, but she was at a special school with students of varying degrees of disabilities,some i think had aspergers,callie (my daughter) absolutely adored school and is still adapting to her new daily routine,which is a community based daycare,do you get any respite ? i ask because respite has helped me and callie enormously ! to be honest she needs time away from me and i need time away from her sometimes because,as im sure you are well aware,it can be a very difficult life sometimes,also does james take any medication ? that can help a lot ive found,some of the calming meds are very mild and can help at difficult times,sorry i cant help much,i know of other parents whos children have aspergers and they are on xbox constantly playing against other people all over the world !
