Hi, I am new to this forum. My 13 yr old son has just been diagnosed with autism and a degree of aspergers. I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of this forum. I have lots of questions but wanted to introduce myself before I ask anything. Thanks for reading. xx

  • Hi, my main question for now is what to expect tomorrow in his first speach and language assesment.. I told him a few days ago it was happening and when, and everyday since I remind him what is coming up. Today he is wanting to know what to expect and as I can't tell him he is already saying he won't go. I just want to give him an idea of whats going to happen so he isn't so anxious about going.. I do have other questions but for now this is the one most needing an answer or input.
