Hello...well this is a first based in Essex 67 yrs not diagnosed, however as my children and grandchildren have had a diagnosis I can relate to this. My main area... emotions..everything goes in, groups...really hard. I had our lovely family round great time, after the cuddles at...later I wanted to run. On meds for anxiety, now aware seems to be worse. I hate being like this as in the past I fix things but not myself. Hope to get tips and if it helps others share my experience
hello and welcome! I'm in my 40s and just diagnosed. Struggle with emotions and social occasions.
Hello and welcome. I concluded I was autistic10 years before being diagnosed at 61. A diagnosis allows you to be kinder to yourself and your memories. I have found this forum helpful, realising that others have the same experiences decreases feelings of isolation. All the best, Graham.
Hello and welcome. I am new here too and already find it very useful.
Hi and welcome, I am undiagnosed too xx
