Hi im new to any thing like this ive been a single parent for over 10 years now my son has autism i dont get out much and dont have any frriend i was told to try a support group talk to ppl with the same problem im not sure what to say or to exspect

  • I think it would definitely be a good idea to get in touch with your local NAS branch. Maybe get in touch with whoever's running it and they should be able to point you in the right direction for support for you and for your son too. I know that in my area there are gatherings specifically for parents with adult children.
