Hi people, my daughter is 13 and I battled with her primary sch for year's that she had problems all teachers passed the problem to another teacher, on last day of her leaving sch they said she had learning difficulties, so the problem got pass to the secondary sch.
Went to the doctor for help over 2 years ago who made a referral to camhs, she see a psychologist who made another referral to ndt team to see if she was on the asd
All assessment have been done had a phone call today and they have made a appointment to see both of us in two week for the outcome, I asked does my daughter need to be there she said yes as there is a lot of information to go through,
Appointment so close but yet so far away, waiting so long for this,
So could anyone tell me do they ask you to bring your child with you if the are autistic? I thought it was your choice if you wanted to tell them....do they only ask you to bring them if they have found some finding
I've stayed well away from doing any research on the Web as there is so many different things and left it to the professionals, just so anxious for the news am I going to get some answers after all these years and my daughter can finally get the right help that she has need all these years!!
Thanks any info greatfully appreciated
