I have started engaging in this on medical advice; I have no lovely lady in my life at the moment for one thing. I am on venlafaxine, which was also causing discharge to come out when I was doing a number 2.

Unfortunately, it is taking up to 20 minutes - or more - to produce the cream and then there is the issue of dealing with the end product. I live at home with my mother for one thing... so I can't exactly put a stiff sock out.

Any advice for a) making the process go a bit quicker and b) containing, then disposing of the evidence?

  • That article suggests 80% of men in my age group do it... of course many of the others don't need to...

    I'm coming off the venlafaxine, so hopefully this will help in that department. At any rate, it may well be linked to my own sexual anxiety - sexuality is a big part of my OCD (not gay feelings, but more longing and guilt over the longings...), so it's probably best that I spotted this problem now.

    Last thing any sexual relationship needs is someone who needs an hour plus and someone else who gets it done in 20 minutes...
