Or whatever euphemism you choose to use for self-pleasure. None of my medical people seemed to be familllliar with that term.

I have started engaging in this on medical advice; I have no lovely lady in my life at the moment for one thing. I am on venlafaxine, which was also causing discharge to come out when I was doing a number 2.

Unfortunately, it is taking up to 20 minutes - or more - to produce the cream and then there is the issue of dealing with the end product. I live at home with my mother for one thing... so I can't exactly put a stiff sock out.

Any advice for a) making the process go a bit quicker and b) containing, then disposing of the evidence?

    With my venlafaxine, it is now taking me nearly an hour

    This may suggest reviewing your meds or your technique or perhaps not regarding it as a chore to be done for health reasons. If the fun stops then stop - as they say on the gambling ads. It certainly doesn't need to be done too regularly but I don't know what your doctor has advised.
