I have started engaging in this on medical advice; I have no lovely lady in my life at the moment for one thing. I am on venlafaxine, which was also causing discharge to come out when I was doing a number 2.

Unfortunately, it is taking up to 20 minutes - or more - to produce the cream and then there is the issue of dealing with the end product. I live at home with my mother for one thing... so I can't exactly put a stiff sock out.

Any advice for a) making the process go a bit quicker and b) containing, then disposing of the evidence?

    I am delighted to hear you have spoken to your doctor about this and he has correctly advised you to start masturbating. This will alleviate all the symptoms you previously described including your sexual thoughts.

    The anti-depressant tablets are the reason you are having trouble reaching a climax. I have direct experience of that myself. You might like to speak to your doctor again and discuss whether you can come off those safely. I assure you this will help immediately.

    Good advice from Oblomov and I also have heard the advice that regular ejaculation is beneficial to prostate health. Just one more good reason to perfect your technique.
