9Yr Old finally diagnosed

Hi, my 8 yr old son was diagnosed this week too. After many years of trying to be heard by many different professionals. I was totally expecting this diagnosis but i must admit I am feeling very emotional about it. And I haven't a clue what is supposed to happen next! Totally overwhelming and feeling every emotion this wk. just want to get things in place now but have no idea what them things are!
