autism and showering

hi im becky im 48 i have autism and adhd i also have very dry skin

and i find with this and autism i have to use kids shampoo,kids body wash and toothpaste

is this wrong as i feel so embrassed about have to use and buy these

is there others that have to do this and can put my mind at ease please

Do whatever works for you. I use a women's deodorant, because the ones marketed for men are too harsh, smell offensively like industrial chemicals and bring me out in a rash.
