You must chant it whilst marching and doing various light exercises and stretches to get the body warmed up and stretched off...there was a [Content removed by moderator] woman in the crowd at one of the recent cricket matches on TV doing a hip wiggle it looked possible she had become overstimulated by all of the new sights sounds and smells and was possibly stretching outher back from sitting all day at the cricket and maybe preparing for the interval in antisipation of a sastisfying productive visit to the lavatory, a stunningly beautiful woman and no matter who you are, where you are from or how much beauty you have [Content removed by moderator], keep your knees up my old cocker and try to remaining upbeat and chipper. i believe they have half price pots around this time of the year.

I can meet for a sensory destimulation and evening should it be required no wiggling one out on the bed sheet as a personal rule.

Err, why must we make a spectacle of ourselves while doing exercise?

Most autists already try not to stand out because it leads to bullying and singing "beans, beans the musical fruit, the more you eat the more you toot" while marching is going to make it so much worse for us.

  • No it won't and there is no US each person on the spectrum is a individual with their own thoughts feeling opinions and personality, don't develop a gang like mob mentality and try to resist speaking your own personal oppinions as if your words are those of other people, you may start to be looked at as if you and your symptoms were more similar to those that display on another spectrum one thats compleatly differnt than the autistic spectrum, the psychopathic spectrum, are you attempting to mock antagonise and ridicule me in order to cause distress and manipulate other people who see my reaction on a internet platform so that it can be misinterprited by others for them, because thats very similar to behaviours exhibited by individuals fitting of a diagnosis of narcissistic personality dissorder and antisocial personality dissorders, were you ever asessed as having intermitent explosive dissorder as a child because that condition is on the psychopathic spectrum not the autistic spectrum. I am becoming concernd by how you are engaging with me and im going to take measures to prevent you from doing so.

  • you attempting to mock antagonise and ridicule me in order to cause distress

I'm sorry you feel this way.

What I am doing is pointing out what I see as a bad idea, explaining why I think it is bad and adding humour (and some grammer - little joke there too) to make it more engaging for others to read.

You have posted demonstably false information on other threads about nutrition which I have responded to with references to help educate you which I suspect has riled you.

You started this discussion talking about farts which as far as I'm aware is a fairly universal source of humour amongs Brits and has led to the tone of my reply here.

If you are unable to appreciate the humour in it then I will not post further on this thread as you request.

  • A paso doble is a marching beat, but is a dance with a story behind it and it's one that often beautifully recreated by every dancer.

I was thinking more of the usual context in which marches are seen on telly, usually with US soldiers doing a call and response call to keep them in time. The call and response songs were common in a lot of thnigs, like weaving and waulking cloth where a rhythm was needed.

  • Hey now, marches aren’t STRICTLY an American thing!

Hold on, I hear Stars and Stripes in the next room, I think I’ve gotta go march.

  • Maybe as the saying goes, 'who smelled it, dealt it'!

  • I agree with you Iain.

Marches are such an American thing, all I can think of is jar heads running around military bases
