Confused with diagnosis process

Help with diagnosis process
Hi, my son is 6 and has been having problems since nursery (probably even before that but it never seemed strange to me). We've gone through a long process so far with family support workers, behavioural support, senco, observations etc. I recently completed a few assessments with the behavioural support worker who then took them back to their camhs nurse who scored them. We were told today that based on the scores my DS is now being referred to camhs for a tier 3 assessment. The 'results' that I have written down on the copy of the referral says this:

Conners Rating Scales:
ADHD Index - Teacher - 96% probability score
ADHD Index - Parent - 99% probability score
GADS Questionnaire - Score of 108
SCQ - 19

If anybody can give me some insight into what all this means as it's like a foreign language to me that would be great!

Thanks

  • I think youve done well to be getting the support you have without that sounding mean, ive begged and begged and begged for help with my sons behaviour and have been shrugged off at every oppertunity.

We have been to cahms and got put  on a course for parents of children with asd.traits which i have done its a 6 weeks course but what now?

I feel like ive been thrown on the scrapheap!
