PIP telephone appointment

Hi. I have a telephone appointment in September for my PIP. I am so afraid, and anxious about this. I'm shaking and it's not until next month. I don't know how I can handle this appointment. Is there anyone that could help me. Maybe assist with the call. My Autism just makes me fear about talking to new people. Please help with ideas.

  • Another option is to prepare a script with common questions and answers.

    As for "which questions" maybe some here can help, or maybe based on your prior experience (if you have had interviews in the past.)

    They certainly need ID, probably your NIN, and so on.

    Even if they dont ask those exact question you prepare, you will feel more confident and have better answers.

    Is there any family member that could be there? Also asking citizens advice was a great idea. They may be able to join the call even.
