I keep finding myself rocking when alone. I know it is one of our comforting stims, but I find myself doing it uncounciously - and a lot more than before I got the diagnosis.
Should I worry, or just not give a sh..?

It's most likely because subconsciously you've given yourself permission to stim following the diagnosis.
If you don't want to do it, it would probably be best to try replace it with something else rather than suppress it. Assuming you can find an alternative stim that works.
Unfortunately, I'm no longer a teenager, so the obvious stim is not available due to my advanced age.
Does anyone else find themselves sinking into dark or inappropriate humour as they get older? Or is it just me? I used humour to attempt to fit in when I was younger. Sometimes worked, often did not. I still cringe.

Well, I'm sitting (on a swivel chair) here LMFAO! Thanks for the lift, GeekyTim!
Every thought of doing stand up? (Not a euphemism.)

Oh yes, but a lot of that is because we have seen and experienced just how messed up the world really is and humour is one of the few way to cope with it.
It helps to work on the inappropriate parts of the humour as this can get you into trouble in this woke age so being concious to avoid it helps. Think of it more as a survival recommendation.
I find people will often find this sort of humour wears thin quickly so it may be best to develop other areas of knowledge to talk about, something geared more to the audience you are likely to have.
If you feel like rocking them why not get a rocking chair - certainly age appropriate and can be very relaxing. I have one to use when I feel the need and is great to wind down after any stressful times.
