Ibs symptoms, low blood pressure, aches linked to autism?

Hi,

Does anyone have any successful experience coping with IBS symptoms please? It's kind of ruining my plans a lot and I'm struggling to manage it.

Also can things such as low blood pressure and regular back ache be linked to autism? Because these just won't go away.

I've not been given any advice by anyone since getting my diagnosis about eight years ago. Really worried I'm stuck like this because it's making life less than worthwhile.

  • for me all my stomach and digestion issues I believe are related to my anxiety, which probably most of which are related to Autism.

Also I've drank alcohol in the evening  for years, self medicating for ASD /Anxiety I wasn't aware of - I've cut down recently - harder to do when the weather's nice - and I have noticed an improvement since cutting down.  Not sure I could stop completely but it may happen - am just not setting myself up to fail on that.

My blood pressure is usually elevated when I check
