I've been diagnosed with MS and according to my doctor there's a link between it and autism. I did some general researching online and there's thought to be a link.
Anyway I was just wondering if anyone else here has both and if so how do you cope with them? I have medication that helps but overall I struggle. I think because I'm over sensitive I feel it all a lot more intensely. Just wanted to know what you do to cope on the toughest days.
