Does anyone else have trouble with finances or money management? I feel like so many people understand how money works and how to make it work for them, however, it feels like such a foreign concept to me. Also, curious to know what kind of support or resources tools that are available because this is an area, I feel like I am drowning or not doing very well. I am highly creative person and have plenty of "ideas", however, the business management or creating a source of income or business with these ideas feel like such a foreign language.

  • I don't have any trouble managing my own money, but I'm risk averse so never wanted to dabble in investments or business management, I preferred to work for an employer and pay tax and NI through PAYE so there was no need to do tax returns.

    I do try to get the best interest rate on savings, I shop around for the best deals for utilities and insurance, and I have a credit card which is paid off in full every month so I never pay interest. I use the Money Saving Website for tips (I get an email every week)
