What drinks do you drink?

My drink diet is so unhealthy.

I don't drink alcohol– I don’t like the taste –but regular drinks for me are coca cola like between 6-8 cans a day and that's causing my digestion to go through regular hell. I do drink milkshakes sometimes and squash but I'm not a huge fan of the taste, so back to the cola I go.

I've tried tea and coffee as well but I don't like either. I used to drink fruit shoots a lot but that was when I was little. Since I was in my teens I have drank mostly coca cola, occasionally I'll have a hot chocolate but not often.

My drinking has always been a bit like this. Flip side of the coin is I don't drink enough of anything and end up dehydrated, normally during summer though.

  • I mostly drink water (we have very tasty tap water here) and tea (hot and cold). Rarely a coffee, because I don’t really like the taste of black coffee so I have to add a lot of milk and also because I can’t really handle caffeine as good. It makes me tired for some weird reason (does anybody know something about that?). Black tea is fine though, the teaine (I know it’s actually just caffeine) comes in lower concentration and has less caffeinating abilities because of that so it doesn’t leave me crashed. But I still do not drink enough.

    My sister uses some sugar-free syrups. Maybe it’s worth a try for you? That amount of carbonic and citric acid can really mess with the gastric mucosa.
