Do GP’s and staff know you are autistic from your notes on screen?

If someone involved in your care has set the Reasonable Adjustment Flag (including the optional details of your impairment type, adjustments and condition(s)) on your digital NHS record, they will know that you need accommodations for your ASD.

You might like to check whether this has been done with your GP surgery and, if not, request it.

I've sent my GP surgery these instructions multiple times but I don't think the flag is there. GPs still ask me why I've come in instead of phoning when the flag should say I can't do calls. I don't know what more I can do to get the flag when I've sent step by step instructions for placing it multiple times.

it might help to contact your GP surgery's practice manager directly. You could perhaps refer them to that webpage again, which says:
