A lot of stuff in the shops, in my case Super Noodles and Chicken Stock Cubes, contain maltodextrin. It's a carb worse than sugar; in terms of glucose spikes. Which may lead to diabetes.
It is really easy to make noodles you know - they are basically flour and eggs (with a hint of oil and seasoning).
