Autism and dizzy balance problems

Why do I and others with autism suffer with dizzy and balance? Is it linked with the autism or is it anxiety involved as well? I have both. I get it most of the time and it disrupts my sleep and daily life

Anxiety definitely causes a slew of physical symptoms. And dizziness can be one of them.
I certainly noticed as my background anxiety generally decreased then my nausea and dizziness also improved.
