Joint issues??

Curious to know if other autistics, especially mature ones, do you problems with connective tissues of joints? I have fibromyalgia but keep getting tendinitis, rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow…is just age or do others have problems as well. I don’t have EDS, but two knee replacements and 2 failed rotator cuff surgeries waiting for 3rd just to tidy it up on right, surgery on left shoulder as well. Oh and just had steroid injection in left hip due to fascia problem…it just seems it could be connected to me but would like to know…..anyone else?

  • I’ve been suffering from back pain for more than 6 years, I guess. I’ve tried everything literally. At least, I thought so until I learned about a physiotherapist. I heard about them before, but I thought such specialists helped athletes only. So, a few months ago, we went to physiotherapy in toronto. Long story short, my back pain has greatly reduced. I hope it won’t take me much time to get rid of it. So, I think you guys should consider seeing a physiotherapist. That would definitely be good for you. Anyway, keep the thread updated. Let me know if more details are needed.
