Hi I am writing here because I would like to have help to know what is going on to my claim for ESA.
I send the form by post on last 20th April and I did not hear back from them yet.
I tried to call the citizens advice and they gave me a number to call and then I have been given every time another number to call but finally I did not get to speak with someone to help me.
I have autism waiting for diagnosis 34 years old.
Thank you if someone could tell me what should I do.

You can, as a last resort, write to your MP with the details of the problem you are having and he or she can raise it through the appropriate complaints procedures.
What is MP? Sorry for ignorance
