Hi I am writing here because I would like to have help to know what is going on to my claim for ESA.
I send the form by post on last 20th April and I did not hear back from them yet.
I tried to call the citizens advice and they gave me a number to call and then I have been given every time another number to call but finally I did not get to speak with someone to help me.
I have autism waiting for diagnosis 34 years old.
Thank you if someone could tell me what should I do.

What is MP? Sorry for ignorance
I tried to call at the number of the link and say I have to use my account if I get already universal credit, so I wrote in the journal of my universal credit account that I want to complain
Is it possible the letter with my form filled was lost? Anyway I'm going to do the complain procedure
I think the letter was lost maybe
20 April. That is a long time. My claim was rejected in two weeks

You can, as a last resort, write to your MP with the details of the problem you are having and he or she can raise it through the appropriate complaints procedures.
