Please can someone tell me if Social Communication Disorder is a phrase for Autism or is it different - I am so confused.

Social Communication Disorder is when you fit the social and communication part of the new Autism Spectrum Disorder classification, but are missing the obsessive interest/repetitive motion part. Someone fitting the full Asperger criteria would get an ASD diagnosis.
