I ordered a Chinese tonight; arriving in half an hour.
Cravings signal a lack of a vital nutrient. Perhaps protein, since chicken is part of the order.

Actually I went through a period of being incredibly hungry even though I was slowly gaining weight and the best way I found to combat it wasn't more food in the end, it was actually going back to my original amount of food and just spacing it out over the day better so I didn't feel the peaks and throughs of it so keenly.
Not sure, I stick to the 3 meals a day, maybe not eating enough
Is that because you're hungry though, and it's your body's way of alerting you to the fact you need to eat?
Sometimes when I'm hungry, I have no idea what I want to eat. I'll know what I'm definitely not in the mood to eat, just cannot decide what it is that I do fancy eating.
You have my sympathy. Since early childhood I've always had a notoriously sweet tooth. I try to be careful now, but one of my fears is that I'll end up being diagnosed with diabetes.
I have problems with my kidneys and there are so many things they've told me not to eat. I drool when i walk past the sweets in the supermarket ........... and then i go and buy a carrot, and pretend it's chocolate.
Whenever I have food cravings, I can almost always guarantee that it will be for something the food police deem bad for health, and something that I don't already have in the house. Furthermore, my food cravings usually strike when shops and takeaways are closed.
