Struggling with my physical health right now, not feeling well and to make it worse mentally I feel like rubbish. Phoned my mental health team this morning and spoke to Kelly who clearly couldn't care less about me and my situation. The call was only a few minutes. She asked what I normally do when I feel low and I said sometimes listen to music and she said okay I'll leave you to do that, hung up.

It's really frustrating when the people who are meant to help you don't want to help at all and don't care. I have a cancer nurse and team but some of my problems aren't related to that so I can't call them about this. 

Feel so disappointed and alone.

    i once told a support worker about how i am feeling and all they said was "you have alot on your mind" and that was it, its not great when intrusive thoughts come in about how they have responded and the feeling of rejection does not go away.

    What role does Kelly have? i feel people in services just say anything to dismiss people as quick as possible and get the feeling of they really dont care.

    I'm sorry you have been left feeling that way. I'm not surprised though, they seem to treat people the same way all over.

    Whenever I call I always leave feeling neglected and almost wrong for calling them in the first place. But that's wrong, it shouldn't be that way at all. There paid to help and support and should do their best to do that but they never do. Clearly seems yours are the same as mine.

    Kelly unbelievably is my care coordinator, but so far she has done no caring and has only ever made me feel worse.
