To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears

I ordered Pukka Chamomile Tea from Holland and Barret yesterday evening; the app wouldn't work if I pay by card; only if I pay by PayPal.

I need to get back into a good routine.

some 5 years ago I finally decided to stop being bothered by not being able to sleep when it is apropriate

now I go to sleep when I fall on my face so to say, or lie down for 2h if I have to go to work and did not sleep
