After a few sleepless nights - usually once a week

I often feel like I was made to live on a planet where one day is 36 hours long

and when I am tired, I am usualy to tired to get bothered and get iritated

An occasional night without sleep makes you feel tired and irritable the next day, but it won't harm your health. After several sleepless nights, the mental effects become more serious. Your brain will fog, making it difficult to concentrate and make decisions.

some 5 years ago I finally decided to stop being bothered by not being able to sleep when it is apropriate 

now I go to sleep when I fall on my face so to say, or lie down for 2h if I have to go to work and did not sleep

I put on an old sitcom on dvd, one that ive seen so many times I know it off by heart and then I fall asleep to it
