Teeth pulling issue

Our son is 7 and has just started to loss his milk teeth we have an issue as he keeps pulling them out 

any advise would be helpful

    Stop with the wobbling pulling of teeth posts!!  Eeegh!! How can you people talk about this??

    It sets my teeth (what ones remain) on edge...

    (I don't, of course, really want people to stop talking about a subject they find interesting, we have enough censorship already in the world), But my goodness people, just. Urrgh!
