Teeth pulling issue

Our son is 7 and has just started to loss his milk teeth we have an issue as he keeps pulling them out 

any advise would be helpful

    i would phone his dentist and ask them, i know my son is losing his milk teeth he wiggles them back and forth alot, our dentist encouraged this to loosen them for the new teeth underneath.  Surely he could not pull them out if they were not ready?  in which case no problem, phone your dentist for advice.
