Looking for Personal Values.

In my reading, there is a lot of talk about finding my personal values.

I honestly don't know where to start and my mind just comes up blank when trying to think what my personal values are. Can anyone give me any hints on where to start and even what personal values actually means.

  • What about this. Abe Lincoln "When I do good, I feel good, when I do bad I feel bad that's my religion."  so just do things that are good whenever and however you can for deserving people. Nice and simple. It actually does make you feel great. However you need to make sure they are deserving. It can make you feel sick if you do a good turn for an undeserving individual not because you expect anything in return (you don't) just that you realise you shouldn't have done that for them but when they do deserve something its a great feeling to know you have done something that should be done.
