Dear Who ever can help,
We have been living in a maisonette for 7 years in Edgware HA8 and have endured continuous issues of undue noise, disturbance and harassment (even the fact of swearing at my wife and daughter) from the tenant above who has Asperger's. It has been causing a lot of issues for my family and we have spoken to the police and local council, the tenant is in his 50s and has been there for along time, we own the property and are not going to sell due to his behaviour, Yes I have read up about the Syndrome and understand, but what i don't understand is if he doesn't like noise why is he living on a busy road and above people.
any advice would be greatly received, maybe you have gone through the same scenario or you can just give advice.
