i know a lot of autistic people have problems with recognising when we need to eat/drink. i know i’ve always never felt hunger much or thirst
It's the exact same for me here. Never feel hungry or thirsty. I'm going to speak to my doctor about it on Monday, she may be able to help me work on this.
