probiotics

I have just been doing some very basic research into probiotics and Autism. I'm going to talk to my health visitor and/or GP about it. My son is 6 , has been diagnosed with Aspergers and has had some digestive issues in the past. Some of the research I've seen has been really positive for some  cases, but I need to do more research and get proper advice. I just wondered if anyone had any experience of using probiotics.

  • Calagas has a good point, I have found and later confirm by research that milk(A2) and probiotics,, help form a mucus in bowel which helps gel the bowel waste together.

I have found that my bowels movements are related to my autism symptoms, the blood from the brain is going into the bowels to move them during stress.  I find that adding a glass of A2 milk to my diet has lessen the bowels movements and slowed down my system with the mucus forming from the milk,  which has helped by autism.
