(Non-Autism-related) Physical Ailments

Whenever I get up or down, my left butt-cheek hurts badly. It's so painful, I struggle to even tie my shoelaces. Also, whenever I get up and start to walk, I feel like I'm going to faint.

I called the out-of-hours surgery last night, and the triage nurse on the call said, "Take Ibuprofens along with your Paracetamols, and call your GP on Monday morning!"

I've had issues with low blood pressure before; explanation for the light-headedness. But I fear that I also have nerve pain.
