18_09_17.....For those that have lost the thread....mis-wired ramblings....short circuit!

I went and did my deceased persons garden, including mowing the lawn which nearly did for me as it's quite big and he has a hideous big heavy (doesn't) hover mower. Now I'm going to practice my bass, later than usual as OH is on night shifts which always leaves me out of step with myself.

is there anything I can do to help...sorry for getting through my day...don't ever thing that I have it all Sussex. From 16 years teaching I have built myself a teflon coated shell...I am built like a Russian Doll. , but *** scared and a mess at my centre,,,and it is not far down to get to that xx 

You don't have anything to be sorry for. Sussex? I presume you mean sussed? I don't assume anyone on here has things sussed!  OH works 12 hour shifts, nights and days in blocks of three or four usually, there's a sort of pattern but it is over such a long period it isn't discernible to me.  There really is no routine here, just randomness and I really don't think it helps me, not much to be done about it though.
