18_09_17.....For those that have lost the thread....mis-wired ramblings....short circuit!

I went and did my deceased persons garden, including mowing the lawn which nearly did for me as it's quite big and he has a hideous big heavy (doesn't) hover mower. Now I'm going to practice my bass, later than usual as OH is on night shifts which always leaves me out of step with myself.

is there anything I can do to help...sorry for getting through my day...don't ever thing that I have it all Sussex. From 16 years teaching I have built myself a teflon coated shell...I am built like a Russian Doll. , but *** scared and a mess at my centre,,,and it is not far down to get to that xx 

It's hard work to keep the mask working, don't wear yourself out doing it. Bravado isn't always a good thing, I know it can help but on here you don't have to be. 

Have you noticed how the weather affects everyone here..in terms of exacerbating the downs and the ups! 

Well perhaps you could just unravel slowly bit by bit. We can indeed yes present our crumpled selves.  I think we are all tired today. I'm going to bed early soon. I wonder if we can feel the season changing getting ready for autumn tho I was told we might have hotter weather by the weekend which would be nice.
