Fighting to survive/Wanting to die?

Not sure what to say. I am struggling so bad. Wanting to self harm again and more.

Feeling so lonely, low and confused. Don't know what it's all about or why etc.

Having lots of bad thoughts.

Do i want to die? Do i want to fight to survive?

I'm so upset. I'm so alone. Can't tell anyone. They all think i'm doing brill.

Sorry to hear you're feeling down.

Like everyone else, I think it would be good to talk to your family and let them know how you are feeling. You say they think you are doing great, so it would make it easier for them to help you if they understood how you felt. If you could try and explain to them, then they would be better able to get you whatever support might be useful. You've mentioned before that they've been trying to get support for you, and I think that they would be better able to get the right kind of support if you were open with them about what you are experiencing.

If you are finding talking to them very difficult you might want to try talking to someone else instead. You could try the Autism Helpline:

    http://www.autism.org.uk/Our-services/Advice-and-information-services/Autism-Helpline.aspx

Or you could try the Samaritains on 08457 90 90 90. See more about them on their website:

    http://www.samaritans.org/

The Samaritains is a general service for people to talk about how they are feeling - you might find that an easier place to start talking than with your family.

I think it's very important that you try and talk to someone, whoever you find is easiest.

Please keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on.

    Good luck.
