Thanks ferret. I known its just not possible for the silence however it would be heaven for me, I can dream hey. I don't have much support at home, my oh is just so old fashioned and even doesn't believe depression is real so..its hard. But I'm not the easiest to live with either. When I really struggle I know to call Samaritans there's just something about talking to someone who doesn't know you helps Me. They are Really good.
