Adult regression

My daughter who is 24 has regressed over the last 3 years.  She got a place at Westminster University and had a self-contained flat.  However, this arrangment only last for 3 months and then she just came home and said she could not cope living on her own.  She then seemed to spend the last 2 years in her bedroom 24/7 playing on her xbox and not engaging with people or the outside world.  She stopped being able to go into the town on her own and even couldn't take the dog out for a walk in the park.  It's seems that she is just going backwards at the moment and doesn't see any of the friends that she made whilst at college.

Hey I’m in a similar situation. I was popular at school I could function. I’m 24 and my autism has regressed over the past years. I’ve heard socialising is like using a muscle and I feel this to be true. When you don’t use it you lose it but there’s hope to regain that. Wondering how your situations going now :)
