Feeling ill after Meltdown

Yesterday evening, after a particularly difficult day I had a meltdown. I spent about 45 minutes crying rather hysterically until I could calm down and afterwards I was exhausted and went to bed. I don't sleep well at the best of times anyway and this morning I woke up with an awful headache, feeling sick and very drowsy.

Does anyone else notice that they feel ill after a meltdown?

  • Hi

On that note from Majorie I was having a particalry hard day for me on Friday. I coun't understand why was feeling so rubbish. Come back from the doctors today with 100 paracetamol with them saying my temperature is up. I have had cold for four weeks and lingurered because I also been on prednislone for a blood dissorder. Sometimes we can truely have a difficult day and it because our bodies are coping with illness too. It can be too much sometimes.  And a little cry can be good as it releases tension. Seems like my hardish day on Friday could be due to body coping with being ill too.
