my daughter has mild autism she is doing access to higher education course at college and is applying to universities to train as a nurse, will her autism stop my daughter from getting a job as a nurse thankyou

  • People on the spectrum are considered to be able to keep their head in a crisis, and deal with emergencies etc. This is a definate plus factor for a would be nurse. She may have to practise her bedside manner if she is a reluctant communicator. The best nurses can comfort and reassure.
