my daughter has mild autism she is doing access to higher education course at college and is applying to universities to train as a nurse, will her autism stop my daughter from getting a job as a nurse thankyou

  • I'm not exactly sure, but it sounds like she is very intelligent and any good university should hopefully make sure she has any extra support she may need i.e helping her with good communication skills e.t.c My mum made it as a nurse- and only now has apsergers been recognised. So if my mum can go to university and become a nurse, without aspergers being diagnosed, there is a good chance your daughter will make it and get extra support if asked for.
