I really hate that the mens toilet seats are unclean. I have to sit down to wee. This causes me to hold it in or not empty my bladder probably if I try to go. I have had to use the female toilets because I was just too desperate and uncomfortable. Sorry for the private details here.

  • I don’t mind using the urinals, but like you, I hate having to use the cubicles because in the past some of them have been in such a state it turned my stomach. That’s why I always make sure that before any journey involving more than an hour away from home, I’ve already emptied my bowels. Even then, because of nerves, I can’t always be sure I won’t be caught out. If I have to use a cubicle, I place toilet paper around the seat because you never know who has used it before. This might seem oversensitive to many people, but it’s just the way I am, I’m afraid.
