Public Toilets

I really hate that the mens toilet seats are unclean. I have to sit down to wee. This causes me to hold it in or not empty my bladder probably if I try to go. I have had to use the female toilets because I was just too desperate and uncomfortable. Sorry for the private details here.

For sure, women’s loos are minging too. I should have said my experience is mostly of women’s toilets.

Also, aeroplane loos are particular bugbears. The space is so tiny it’s nearly impossible to avoid touching the outside of the seat and toilet bowl. Thus, the necessity of toilet seat covers with good coverage down the outside front of the loo.

I empathise because I have an aversion to public toilets for that reason.

In so far as possible, I avoid using public toilets and I always carry disposable toilet seat covers just in case. The better covers are large enough to overlap the toilet seat and drop down over the outside of the toilet bowl. Amazon sells a selection.
