barber fear

Does anyone else on this forum put off going to the barber, rationalizing that it's not really that important anyway and only go when the hair is becomes too long and irritating? I'm Ok when I've actually gone in and sat down but I suppose it's the anticipation that raises my anxiety and to stop that I don't go when I should.

    Thanks, I've now been and had it cut at the barbers and it was a better experience than usual.

    No music or tv on, no chatting to me while the haircut was being done, and he used a hairdryer on cool setting to blow away the loose hairs in the middle of the cut and again at the end.

    Plus I love my new ultra short fluffy hairstyle!

Children
