Struggling badly

The more I understand my autism as a 45yr old, the harder i'm finding it to live a "normal" life. I'm do have a job that I enjoy (this hasn't always been the case), but I just find that i'm utterly exhausted each evening and by the weekend I have very little, if no energy to do anything I enjoy. Even find it hard to get basic housework done, and some days I don't eat properly just snack.I just feel my life is going nowhere.

  • Hi its me again, why don't you search past post about other people's struggles, it might help to see, you're not the only one feeling like this and they'll be suggestions, I sadly don't work,so I don't feel confident to give you advice. Tho I'd love to, I think getting advice from those that have had similar will help
